I am giving one star because there is no economical delivery route to Europe and so the cases are vastly over priced. The products are generally good and I have bought a few, including the new racer iPhone X case. It was delayed for 3 weeks so I missed the birthday deadline. Then I was charged €28 tax and penalties on top of the $56 price tag. Sena could give Europeans the option to pay duties in advance and avoid the extra penalties (I called DHL to verify) but they cannot be bothered. So non-US citizens pay more than double in the end and wait 3 times as long.
If you are in the US - buy a great case. If you are in Europe - don't bother - there are equally good and much, much cheaper alternatives with less hassle.

Sena has charges my credit card without sending the case to me. when I ask, they tell that the case is sold out. I tell them that charging the credit card without sending the order is illegal in Europe and is considered as if they stole the money, bad style. they asked if I wanted another case instead. I chose another case and told that I expected the order to ship pronto. Suddenly they cancel the order and tell that they will return my money. But I did not cancel the order! confused ? me too ! They do not seem to be in control over their inventory, which is bad when you run a company. only thing that went fast, was collecting my money.
