Trying to contact you is impossible. As is usual these days, hiding behind an incredibly frustrating and incompetent chatbot. Or if I select 'message' it sends me on to some messenger service which doesn't seem to make any sense? I wanted to contact them to tell them that I had received an email saying my policy has expired, when in fact it still has 15 days to run! Not impressed and would put me off using again. God knows what it's like if you need to make a claim??
