I got a quote for my mother in law. She did not tell me about a scratch someone else maliciously did to her car. She phoned them and told them and they almost doubled her insurance cost. I put it in again on line and they quoted about £20 more than the first quote. I phoned and they said it was because they had not been told and they would stick to the second quote. They just wanted to rip off my mother in law
