It is hard to rate this product as I have not received it.

For the past week, I have been dealing with conflicting info from Bennet Winch, US Customs, DHL Express and E-Global.com as to why my package is stuck in Customs.

It seems that US Customs "voided" my Social Security Number that is used to verify my identity.
Without that number being "active", nothing happens.

So after contacting everybody, this is my list of incorrect actions:
Ali at Bennet Winch-"send them (Customs and DHL Express) your passport."
This did not work and was rejected.

Joe Subia at DHL Express-"Use a relatives SSN for reference." None of my relative s have an actual SSN in hand. A Notarized copy of SSN was rejected.

US Customs-submit a Form 5106 to reactivate my SSN. This would take 10-14 days and would pass the date for return of goods to BW.

In three days, I physically visited the US Social Security Office for a new SS card, (takes two weeks, so again the goods would be returned to UK before I received a SS card)) the US Customs office, Contacted BW, DHL Express, and E-Global.com for resolution . No luck.

Finally, I spoke directly (no AI or Answering machine) to a US Customs agent. I submitted a new 5106 to him and it was rejected as the date of the form from the US Customs website was 6/24. He said the new for is dated 9/24. It was rejected again for a typo and was accepted on the third try.

So as of 4/11, my SSN was reactivated and BW, DHL Express and Global E-Commerce were notified of this and all were asked to advise delivery date.

I have received no information from anybody. the
DHL Express tracking tool shows the package at US Customs in New York.

So, most of this venting by me has nothing to do with BW, but I submit that DHL Express has sub-standard service and this reflects on BW. I recommend another shipper-Fed Ex or UPS.
