I was initially really excited about this company and the concept of giving experiences and not stuff!

I also loved the fact that the gifts (vouchers) never expire, however what they don't tell you is that they are not honouring the amount of your voucher and constantly changing their products and pricing.

My friends gave me a group gift of two different collections superwoman and premium collection. When I try to redeem, it converted my voucher into a 'tinggly dollar value'.

The dollar value was $44 usd LESS than what was paid, and I am also not able to book something from the 'superwoman' collection because they changed their pricing!

Buyer beware that they are stealing money from you with no communication or explanation and not honouring the experience box that you purchased!
