The special order Zanardi we ordered came exactly how we ordered it.
As a long time customer ordering many of these a year from Majestic this special order did take every bit of the time line plus a few days that was given to us when it was ordered.
7+ weeks is a long time for a custom order part.
I ordered this part one week before we started excavating the pool & had to delay Pebble install due to timeline on this water feature.
Well worth the wait as this piece is perfect.
Typically I order parts that are in stock & just have minor things done, we always add welded mesh to the bottom of a spa to pool Lombardi spillway pan so the part is locked in with mortar & will not slip over time for our customers, this timeline is typically a few weeks.

Note to self....
Order custom pieces 3 weeks before excavation.
