"New Home Surveying"

We have just had our home surveyed by James in Wallingford. From the beginning when we first enquired the response was so quick, we had to book in January as this was the earliest slot available but I am so glad we waited for them to do the job! I can highly recommend James and his team, he is exceptionally knowledgeable, very professional and passionate about what he does! It was our first home so unsure of the process but James explained and updated me on his findings throughout the day. I am very impressed with the technology that was used during the day and in the price of the report. When the report came through it was very informative, clear and concise and arrived quickly! Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

I have just had my new build apartment surveyed by Tom. The service from arranging the survey to receiving the final report has been exceptional. Tom took his time to explain his findings to me and even worked around me, looking at my study last as I was working from home. I received my invoice straight away and the report was in my inbox less than 5 minutes after payment. Each snag had a picture to show the issue and the detail provided will really help me liaise with my builders. I will be recommending New Home Surveying to anyone I know buying their next home. Within 10 minutes of them arriving I was happy I’d chosen James and Sean to snag our house. From quick email responses to receiving the report a couple hours after they finish, I cannot fault them. The comprehensive report combined with their advice and explanations on the day, help you to actually understand the issues you’re flagging to the builder. Really nice blokes, clearly a wealth of knowledge between them, professional and respectful of your home. If you’re thinking of having a snagging survey done, you categorically will not regret having these guys in to do it.

"Initially we were not going to get…"

Initially we were not going to get professional snaggers in but our neighbours had recommended New Home Surveying and thought it was a good idea. We had Tom and he was very helpful (helped answer all our questions even as he was leaving!) and professional. Even emailing is fast and efficient and we couldn’t have asked for more! Would highly recommend and the aerial photos are just an incredible touch!

After moving into our new build & noticing some snags we decided to hire a professional snagger and this company didn’t disappoint. It was well worth the money which paid for itself within minutes of them arriving at our property (they found a costly snag straight away). The lads are very friendly and informative and it is clear that they know what they are doing, will highly recommend to anyone to use this company.

James and Sean surveyed our new build house. Having purchased new build properties previously we weren't sure what value would be added by this survey. Safe to say - a lot! James & Sean are very, very thorough and rushed nothing. As they identified, documented and photographed issues they took time to explain these to us. James and Sean provide a comprehensive written report, supported by pictures, and suggested remediations. They also provide the defects on a spreadsheet which can be given to the developers so everyone can agree remediation and work from the same list. Our developer was very complimentary and happy to work from it. Cannot recommend New Home Surveying highly enough.
