I've used this company for the past 3 years and delivery has always been very swift. For my last order, I ordered too many blouses. This arrived quickly and the subsequent communication and refund was just as quick! Very friendly and helpful!

I had to return my order as I found the school cardigans to big, but the return form was straight forward asking if I wanted a refund or exchange. I chose exchange and ask for one size smaller. I get a email to say my return had been received and my exchange would be delivered soon. Arrived 2 days later. The cardigans are sweatshirt material and wash lovely, no fluff came out of the inside like iv found with cheaper made one. Will definitely buy again.
