I got an online quote for touring caravan insurance but was unsure about a couple of aspects of the quote so I called Insurd. My call was answered promptly by an advisor by the name of Ashley Lombard. She was very polite, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable going through the details of my quote and sorting out the concerns I had. With Ashley's help I then purchased the policy even getting a better deal than my own online quote. Excellent work Ashley thanks for your help.

Very shit company, purchased policy on friday and they sent me certificate with wrong vehicle reg, ruined my all weekend, calling them continuously and they are not recieving the calls nor replying to emails

Relatively easy to get through by phone. The agent (Katelyn) was helpful and efficient in arranging a good price; as was the agent last year.
(it's just a shame/annoyance that seemingly all companies still go through this farcical charade to 'reduce' renewal quotes to match those online !!)
