I do not recommend this brokers to anyone, stay away from them if you don’t want to get scammed as once u get a quote and pay for it they will ask for more money inventing different reasons 2 months later after the cooling off period, everyone from customers service team is saying different things, Ruby and Mike are very useless, Ruby is sending emails and asking for more money then when you ring and ask to speak to her for an explanation she will tell that will ring you back but never does. Mike is not listening, he just plays stupid and doesn’t care about the customers.

Having spent a lot of time trawling through Insurance quotes online I eventually chose Insured, but I was tired and upon reviewing my proposal after purchasing it I found a couple of errors, one being the value of the vehicle. I phoned Insurd the next day and spoke to Emma who was so helpful and pleasant to talk to, she eventually transferred me to Ashley, who again was very helpful and pleasant, both ladies were very knowledgeable and professional but delivered the service in an extremely relaxed friendly way which made a huge difference when (in my opinion) buying a product such as Insurance which is necessary but pretty boring stuff. Well done guys you are a credit to the company, thankyou both. My query was resolved efficiently and to my complete satisfaction.
