If I could give no stars I would. Ordered £75 worth of gel nail polish and start kit machine on 10th May. By the 20th May I was questioning where my items where. Contacted them via emails as their phones arnt working, it takes them 24 hours to reply to messages, then a further 24 hours again to respond again. My items got shipped to Scotland, 269 miles away and was lost. Contacted them to resend my items. I received a parcel today with just nail varnish!!!! Fuming isbt even the word!!! Trying to get hold of them for a full refund, I may hear back in the next few days, I may not!!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!

A very good experience ordering online. I made the error of assuming my first time buyer discount was automatically applied when i paid for my order. However when I contacted the customer service team Daniz replied advising they will be able to apply the discounted. The team replied to my emails within 1-2 days.Very good customer service, polite and helpful. I will be shopping again and highly recommend ordering from them.

I’ve spent a lot of money recently on just beauty, their delivery is very quick, their products are to good standard. One MYGEL came and the colour was off compared to the picture (first time this has happened), I got in touch with the team who were happy enough to send me out a replacement gel, Daniz M was very helpful on email and quick at responding. I am so happy I came across this website. I ordered all Mylee products as they had the best selection of items. The shipping was exceptionally fast, especially during this pandemic, and I was very appreciative of that. Their customer service has been brilliant also, they replied to my emails within a day or two (again, quick for the situation we are currently in) and are replacing one of my items without any issue. Daniz M and Jessica R have been great to deal with. Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family and I will be ordering from here again!

"I placed an order on the 26th of March…"
I placed an order on the 26th of March for £77 and still haven't received it, which I originally attributed to Covid delays. After still not receiving my order after a month, I queried the status of my order with Just Beauty on the 1st of May and received the following response, denying all responsibility:
“As this order is from so long ago, we are unable to track it. We would have needed to be contacted sooner. Customers must contact us within 30 days of purchase”.
The response is factually incorrect and is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as a customer is entitled to a refund if they do not receive the items they order within 30 days of buying them.
