Fantastic customer service from Alison in your Dereham branch. I called at 4.15pm asking if they had a washing machine I could collect. Alison informed me that they had none boxed but more than welcome to call in and buy one from display. All in perfect condition. Within 30 mins we had been down to the store and bought one. Any other business I tried said only delivery available. Just shows how much online ordering is taking over. Stick with local if you can.
