I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Football Experience, an organization that claims to provide football fans with unforgettable match experiences. Unfortunately, my encounter with them left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.

I had purchased a ticket for an upcoming football event at a staggering cost of 900 pounds, excitedly anticipating a memorable time supporting my favorite team. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration when I received an email notifying me that my ticket had been canceled due to alleged web scraping issues.

This sudden cancellation was perplexing, but what followed was even more disheartening. Instead of offering a straightforward solution or a genuine apology, Football Experience presented me with a greedy ultimatum – pay an additional 450 pounds to keep my ticket or accept a refund. The reason behind this sudden price hike? Supposedly, it was due to increased demand for the event.

This blatant attempt to capitalize on the situation and exploit fans' passion for the sport is nothing short of fraudulent. It is evident that Football Experience is engaging in price gouging, taking advantage of loyal supporters who have already invested a significant amount in securing their matchday experience.

The lack of transparency and accountability from Football Experience is appalling. The web scraping excuse seems dubious at best and conveniently provides them with an excuse to extort more money from unsuspecting customers. Such unscrupulous practices not only tarnish the reputation of the organization but also betray the trust of dedicated football enthusiasts.

My advice to fellow fans is to be cautious when dealing with Football Experience. The allure of an exceptional football experience can blindside fans to the unethical practices lurking beneath the surface. It is crucial to expose such behavior and hold these organizations accountable for their actions.

In conclusion, my experience with Football Experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of a sudden ticket cancellation, a questionable excuse, and an unjustifiable price increase reeks of dishonesty.

Absoloute scam. Read the reviews and stay clear. They communicate until they take a payment then ignore you. The company has recently been renamed due to poor reviews. It was Football Road Trips and the new company The European Football Experience is owned and run by the same person, Kia Rigby.

My friend and I went to watch a UCL match between Dortmund vs PSG at Signal Iduna Park on 13/12/2023.

At first, I doubted their website. However, after purchasing the ticket, an email was sent to me quickly to inform me that the purchase had been made. Bear in mind that if you purchase the ticket on the weekend, you might receive the confirmation mail only on working days.

The ticket price was quite expensive considering the magnitude of the match. We bought the ticket pretty early when it was expensive (around 280 euros/person). The pricing can fluctuate, so be aware of that and have some lucky timing too.

The only thing that was not great, maybe the seating as we were placed in the highest section.

Overall, the process was smooth. I've contacted their team through Whatsapp and they responded pretty quickly. We were also lucky to receive an e-ticket so we didn't need to meet someone.

Ordered 3 tickets was told they would be beside each other nad they weren't. Questioned them on this and they said I should have paid a 30% premium to get three together. But on website I specifically picked 3 together. Waste of time nad complete chances. Never again

My partner booked a ticket as I had always wanted to go to the Nou Camp. She booked me a very expensive seat in the middle tear at the side of the ground. I did not get my ticket until the day of the game and when I arrived at the ground my seat was at pitch level and behind the goal area. Totally conned and never again will I use this site. I would have been better to take my chances with a tout.

De verdad no los recomiendo compré 3 entradas el mes de septiembre para el juego entre Barça vs Atlético de Madrid del día 03/12/2023 y antes del juego el contacto siempre fue por email recordándome cuantos días faltaban para el juego y que mis tickets serían enviados a la dirección donde me encontraría y que la actualizara en su sitio web hecho esto contacto con el hotel donde me hospedaría en Barcelona para que estuvieran al tanto y faltando 2 días recibo un email que las entradas serían enviadas al hotel 24 horas antes del juego llego a barcelona y mi sorpresa al llegar al hotel es que no han dejado nada en eso empiezo a escribirles WhatsApp al número indicado en el email sin respuesta alguna hasta el día después, día del juego diciéndome que las entradas eran estadas enviadas digitalmente a mi correo y cuando reviso mi correo encuentro efectivamente 3 entradas para mi hijo 14 años mi mujer y la mía y mi sorpresa más grande es que ninguna de las 3 entradas estaban juntas, una era por el acceso 2 puerta 42 la otra acceso 9 puerta 1 gracias a dios pude hablar con la gente de la puerta y lograr entrar en el mismo lado todo y todo esto a un precio de 330,01€ y cada entrada salía marcado el precio de 71,00€ +2,50 de gastos de gestión es decir 73,50€ c/u es decir por las 3 serían 220,50€ y pagué 110€ más por su fraude porque para colmo las entradas eran con la vista más mala que se puede esperar casi que detrás de la portería.

I was nervous buying the ticket. Everything went incredibly smoothly, I could contact them via WhatsApp when needed. I received my ticket electronically for Barca v Porto and there were no issues at all. Less expensive than the official site at the time. I would use them again.

"No sign of life on WhatsApp..."

Bought 3 tickets for me and my 2 kids for Real Madrid vs. Granada, scheduled on Dec 2. Issue is we have to fly tomorrow to Madrid and have no idea if our tickets will be delivered in due time as nobody's replying to my WhatsApp messages. Just hope this will not turn into a nightmare trip...maybe they will react after this so that I can update my review...

Update: I finally got an answer yesterday via WhatsApp and arranged to pick up my tickets this afternoon. They are located next to each other in a good sector, as promised at the time I bought them. All good now.
