The customer services are first class in this company. They are quick to answer any questions and sort out any problems which may have occurred. I would like to give Martin a special mention as he was very helpful and patient when I made my initial contact. Also Katie for her excellent help and always getting back to me whenever I had a query. My only disappointment is the fact that I can't download the Phonely app. My mobile is using Android 11 and apparently the app is for Android 12 and above. Apart from that, all is working well. Thank you Phonely.

Spoke to Laura today. She was so superbly helpful. I had my phone number disconnected by my previous supplier as I had cancelled my contract. Laura provided me with a new number which connected straight away I plugged in my adaptor.
She was helpful cheerful and knowledgeable.
Likewise Mark who I initially spoke to when wishing to transfer my line to Phonely. Great service from the company and would definitely recommend.
