I contacted Delta and spoke to Jim Devins, he was very knowledgable about the Delta products and offered honest and concise answers to my questions. I definately had a first rate experience with no high pressure sales and ultimately decided to go with Delta not just for the cost but the customer service presented by Jim Devins. The other warranty companies I looked at were misleading and acted like they were doing me a favor, really poor customer service. Way to go Delta & Jim Devins!

"Feedback on Extended Service Contract Purchase"
Last week I was looking at purchasing an extended service contract for my 2006 Mercedes ML 350. I did a bit of google search and ended up looking at Delta. I picked up the phone to get a quote and then Jesse from Delta helped formulate the quote and also has sent me a sample contract. I took a day, reviewed the contract and felt this is the right deal to protect my investment (Car). I ended up signing up with Delta. I think the experience till now has been good. The sales rep Jesse did help me with a good price and based on the online ratings for this company lot of folks seem to like Delta. I hope after the 1 month evaluation I will get into the contract start period. I am looking forward to not to file a claim :-) If I had to I hope Delta will stand by!

"Hard copy of contract"
Shawn Michael has spoken about mailing me hard copy of my contract. Called him and left several messages. Last time we spoke, said he was very busy & would see to it personally a hard copy of contract will be mailed to me. Thanksgiving came, Christmas passed and now new year but said contract never was received. Will you be this reliable if I need a claim for my car ?. How reliable is your company as well as your work performance ?

"Easy to work with"
Easy to work with and as I have found out they stand by their word on pricing. I got a quote over the 24 hour limit, actually about 3 weeks over, and they still gave me the quoted price. Jim Devins, I would recommend you talk to when inquiring about a policy as he seems to know what he's talking about.

I just completed my second extended service plan with Delta Auto Protect after having become even more informed at time of first purchase nearly a month ago. AaAutoProtection is a most ethical company but it could not match, much less beat, Delta's pricing despite its price match guarantee. More important to know however, not only is Wanted Auto Protect's pricing after negotiating considerably more than Delta's, a careful review of Wanted's contract revealed the following: Maximum daily car rental $35 vs.
$65 at Delta and Wanted excludes first day of loss of car's use; no gps navigation coverage, insured's obligation to check daily oil and temperature
gauges "making certain functioning properly." If engine damage from contaminated gas from gas station, tough luck for Wanted Auto insured and, incredibly, if vehicle too expensive to repair, Wanted provides for an out by its absolute right to cancel policy for any reason and simply refunding, pro rata, paid premium. So if $3500 engine job necessary at time contract has only 3-6 months remaining, Wanted can cancel and refund a sum of less than $200. Delta can cancel only for legitimate reasons fully particularized. In event Wanted cannot honor contract, it says Administrator will, but Administrator IS WANTED! Delta has third party to refund balance of contract, namely Omega Vehicle Services, in event of insolvency. Endurance and Solace were dismissed quickly after one call.
Nobody should consider a ESP without speaking to Jim Devins or Jesse Douglas, with whom I had the most contact at Delta. He the most knowledgeable and ethical person one could ever deal with although Jim was both honest and a pleasure to work with. Both will do everything possible to make extended service search pleasureful and because these gentlemen sell only plans offered by their own company, Delta, you will
certainly get the lowest price.

I thank Shaun Michael for his professionalism in assisting me with my ESP for my BMW 650i. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my every need was meet.
