You can wait all day to reach customer service. After being on hold for 10 minutes they frequently just hang up. This place sucks and isnt worth the paper the "warranty" is written on. If I wasn't a law abiding citizen, I would even go so far as burning this company to the ground.

"Called company 12 days in a row to file…"
Called company 12 days in a row to file claim on truck. No return call. The phone number on website doesn’t work. Finally got email to file maintenance records sent them 5 days ago. Do not sign up for this. Worst customer service ever.

"STAY AWAY FROM DELTA AUTO PROTECT"
This company is very bad with customer service, last year the garage filed a claim and it took over 7 months for them to get paid. The garage said they will no longer deal with company. I started a claim in
January 2020 and still not receiver payment. Both refunds I was told it would take six weeks. They are a bunch of lairs, they never return any messages, or emails. Why did they move from Pennsylvania to California? That seems strange to move. I was told that all the negative claims were false, that is a joke, I feel all the positive claims are false, especially when name of employees and the customers leave their ESP numbers.

I purchased a three year contract with them nearly two years ago.. And have regretted it ever since. Each time a claim is submitted, they place me on hold for nearly an hour, then they will answer take some information and tell me someone will call back with in the next 24 hours.. That call NEVER comes. After countless calls I finally got in touch with "Thomas" who apparently is VP or something and I finally got a check for my claim .. some six months after the fact, and it wasn't as if connecting with Thomas fixed it right away.. no it still took two months of "The check is in the Mail".. claims by Thomas until a check actually arrived. Subsequent claims they have just perpetuated the dodge and never call my Mechanic back.. I Believe now the company is a SCAM.. and I believe the PA AG is suing them.. Stay away from these fraudsters.

This company is a total rip-off. They owed me a refund since Jan 2020, and I have been unable to contact them. Delta Auto Protect is a dishonest and unprofessional company. I filed a complaint with the BBB with no resolution. I will file with the US Attorney General's office with my attorney's assistance.

Completely dishonest. Waiting 6 months for reimbursement. Dozens of calls - never returned, dozens of emails - no response. I've sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and they are getting no response also. STAY AWAY from this one! They suck you in with low quotes - they can afford to because they don't seem to pay claims!

This is Dr. Brame, I have written severL REVIEWS concerning the very, very bad service that I have received. From reading these postings, I am not the only one! My contact with this company started around 10 July 2019, seeking to obtain warranty coverage for my mother's vehicle, 2008 BMW, after speaking with Jesse (no last name), I told him that I was not sure exactly what my mother had done and he assured me that we could lock in this price and if things changed, then we can just have the policy cancelled. they billed my card for $2000 and 30 minutes later I started trying to get my money returned to my account. After several hundred calls, and finally contact with Aaron Lynch (sale manager) and countless times he told me the check was/is in the mail.. I ha e been lied to, hung up on, plaid on hold for hours, etc. Of course, I tried to get my bank to reverse the charges, however, because of the time between the deduction and my contact with the bank .. it exceeded the time limit. I am not please as I can see that many are not pleased. I can also see the the PAAG is currently involved and my prayer is that this company will no longer be in a position to take advantage of anyone ever again, and that full restitution should be made to all involved.

"It's a shame that I have to use a star…"
It's a shame that I have to use a star to leave a review. The first claim I ever submitted was denied because of the part being the housing for the thermostat. Since no one at Delta is in the US, they insisted that they don't cover the thermostat, and refused the claim for the housing. It was not for the thermostat. I had to pay the shop out of pocket. It took them five months to deny the claim. I had paid my policy in full, I cancelled it in December, now, after notarized odometer reading and pictures, I can't get my refund, I can't even get anyone in any department to answer the phone. I let it ring one day on the extension for claims, two and one half hours later, no one had answered. I have sent registered letters to their home office and to each listed company executive listed, and have gotten no response. I am a disabled senior. I need my refund. I paid them $1700, they said they would only refund $1300 since I had the policy for 5 months. This company is a joke, a scam, and a bunch of thieves. The insurance commissioner in PA is currently gathering information for a suit against them, and to revoke their license.

"The five star ratings are phony"
The five star ratings are phony. Notice there is only 5 stars or 1.the 1 star is true.they wont answer phone yet alone pay your claim.im out$2200. Attorney general is suing class action for those of us that got shafted. Wish I could rate them lower than a star
