"Delta is Fraud"

Delta happily collected my money, covered the first repair about a year later but on the second failure of a different part, I was told the repair is covered but now going on 3 months trying to get paid for the approved repair that I had to eventually pay out of pocket now trying to be reimbursed but even getting to speak to someone takes persistence and hours? Being told check is I the mail, over and over. This can not be legal?

WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL THEY FIGHT WITH YOU ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.. YOU WILL TALK TO 20 DIFFERENT PEOPLE OR IT MIGHT BE THE SAME ONE USING A DIFFERENT VOICE.. THEY WILL SAY SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND PLAY YOU LIKE YOUR STUPID... I HAVE LIKE 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE RECORDED ALL SAYING SOMETHING DIFFERENT.. THIS PLACE IS A MESS ..THEY WIL PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR HOURS AT A TIME.. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN THE HAVE POOR BUSINESS.. PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME.. THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR

Let me just say this I have been with delta auto for little over a year now, and they're service has by far been the best. I was never pressured into purchasing their extended warranty they have me time to think about my decision and compare with other companies. Now one thing is all the other companies I've called kept asking for my card number and saying it was the only time I can get the price , but Delta auto was so patient with me. I'm never with this whole stuff and I'm now very knowledgeable thank to Rebecca. She was so sweet and wasnt rushing me . Great great service

I purchased an extended car warranty from Delta Auto on February 21, 2019 for my 2010 Mercedes-Benz SL 550. I had several phone conversations with the sales rep regarding the situation and before deciding on the purchase. They were very patient with all my inquiries. I purchased the Diamond premier plan which gives me five years and 50,000 additional miles. I recently had a problem with my transmission. I called Delta and arranged for a shop to look at it. Delta covered the costs of repair and I was back in the road pretty quickly. Thanks!

I have been in the automotive business for over 35 years and the ONLY other time I have received THIS kind of RUN-AROUND was because the company was going to claim bankruptcy. If you are a consumer looking for a warranty or a shop trying to decide if you want to do business with Delta Auto Protect, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for coverage and do not, ever accept their word that they will pay.

Thank you for Delta Auto Protect. I have been with this company for 4 years and I’m just glad I never decided to stop working with them. I recently called them and they had a tow truck there within a hour, taking me to the repair shop. I was able to go ahead and get my car repairs started and I had no worries due to the low deductible. The tow company they sent was efficient and friendly. I love doing business with Delta Auto Protect and will continue doing so

The plans are super cool with customized options, extra free services and its exceptional staff make Delta a prefect choice. Last year my boat's engine was broken down after something was struck in it. The representative helped me to get the repair done in cheap rates and within the given time.
