I have been paying into this insurance for almost a year. I tried to file a claim and they asked for receipts from the past two years of maintenance. Who really keep all that information for all those years.

"The demise of Delta Auto Protect"

I purchased an extended car warranty for my Maserati in November, 2018.I had two small claims denied by Delta for repair of my drivers side remote mirror, as well as a dysfunctional analog clock. I readily accepted this denial for repair. Lately; however, I am reading a copious amount of very unfortunate denials written by numerous customers of Delta. Moreover, I have been in touch by phone and emails during the last three weeks regarding the "A" Best insurance provider bonding and insuring Delta.I simply requested the name of this "A" rated company from Aaron, an employee of Delta. He promised and assured me someone would provide me, very simply, with the name of this insurance provider. Nothing but lies from Aaron, as no one has returned my call from Delta with the answer to this rudimentary question. Obviously, there is no company in existence that bonds and insures Delta since they don't have the answer to this false advertising claim on their website.

"They will gladly take your money, but not fix your car!"

They will gladly take your money. And possibly even pay for a minor repair! But they will not honor their contracts on major repairs! They took my $3200.00 cash, and now are not responding to my constant requests for my car to be repaired! I have called several times per week for 5 weeks now! They will not answer the phone, or return phone calls. They only line that gets answered is the line to sign up new suckers! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! WORST SERVICE WARRANTY EVER!

"VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I purchased this coverage for my car early 2018 and was promised a easy claim process until my car broke down 3 weeks ago, its been 3 weeks that my car is sitting in a BMW dealer waiting for this company to call us regarding my claim and in the mean time they have accused me of faking my service records for my car ( they told me my service record is type up with Microsoft word, it is coming from a private shop who is in business for over 30 years and all I did with them was my normal oil and filter change every 5000 miles) also they have made comments like * did all these different parts go bad at the same time? * how do I know what is gone bad and why??!!! every time I call in they tell me some one will call my dealership today and it has not happened for the past 2 weeks. save your money and don't do business with these people.

"8 months and no check"

Had car trouble April. 2019. Towed to Honda dealer. Delta Auto Protect told them that I had to pay upfront and they would reimburse me. Cost was $1200 but they would not pay for any diagnosis (check engine light was on). Finally agreed to $548. It has been 8 months and no check yet. I have called every 2 weeks. Aaron (ext 407) guaranteed me he would take care of it. That was 3 months ago and he never answers his phone. Numerous messages and no return call. What a SCAM!!!

Honestly the worst company and worst customer service. I have not heard one good thing about them. Total bait and switch where once you are signed Up kiss your money goodbye because they won’t pay any claims and you’ll never get your money back if you cancel. You’ll wait on the phone on hold for 30 minutes at a time or more and never get a straight answer. They are total crooks. I wish they nobody else would purchase from them again because I would not wish them upon anyone.

These guys are full of s***!!!! I can't even begin to explain the crap with these guys.

Save your sanity and safety of your information. I'm not lying. My husband got us scammed. For sure. These reviews are from the same ppl that work there. These ppl are not legit. I pray my information isn't sold or used.

What a nightmare. Any company that has to write out oh these reviews are lies actually fight with reviews. Should show you there. I knew it. Thanks hubby.
