"Multiple orders lost and refusing refund "
Original product was lost in transit, had to order again and now the product is missing for almost three months and whizz refuses to give me a refund for it since they claim it's stuck in customs....for two months!

"Misleading product info & shipping costs"
We purchased a pedal boat on Whizz.ae./Whizzcart.com. The price tag attached to the product when delivered was US$549.99. The price charged by Whizz was Saudi Riyal 41,181(equivalent to US$10,981).The website only gave an aggregate price incl the product price, logistical expenses, transaction fees, packaging, shipping, and handling charges as one price.The price of the product and the logistical expenses, transaction fees, packaging, shipping, and handling charges necessary for delivery of the product to Saudi Arabia from the USA were not separately/clearly identified. Hadit been, we may not have proceeded with the purchase - the additional costs against the price of the product are out of proportion to the product price and would not have merited making the purchase. We believe that the make-up of the pricing information was not clearly stated.

Very bad service I bought two items from them, on 25/2/2024 expedited delivery to receive it before 3/3/2024, until today 8/3/2024, I didn’t get anything, I phoned so many times (hard to reach them) or by email they keep saying tomorrow or the day after you will get your shipment but I didn’t get anything also no tracking information it’s stopped on the day 2/3/2024 nothing after that, they don’t answer the WhatsApp messages. They refunded the expedited delivery fees on my account in whizz not back to my bank account to use it again on their products. Tried to get in touch with anyone in charge but the costumer services said no one is in charge only by email. They are not explaining what is going on.
