"Stone fell out of locket"

I ordered a heart pendant necklace and the stone has fallen out from the heart locket. This happened in public and it’s really embarrassing. I don’t know how this could have happened but I’m so upset. I have emailed them about this and no one has got back to me. Avoid.

I’m honestly shocked to see all of these 5 star reviews on the jewellery made by these cowboys…!! I bought two pieces of jewellery from Tru Diamonds before Christmas and was totally shocked to how BAD and CHEAP they look! Terrible poor and very blingy, the gems are so poorly cut it’s like they’re picked from a grab machine in Southport. I’d seriously consider shopping for jewellery elsewhere… absolutely shocking jewellery!!
