I had not read my emails for a few days and when I did there was a special price on earrings I saw a pair I really liked so I thought I would redeem some points and treat myself then I noticed the offer ran out at midnight and my order was not accepted.I contacted tru.diamonds right away because not only had I thought I missed the price offer but I thought I had lost the points I redeemed (1000 of them).The next morning I was contacted by tru diamonds and the lady sat patiently and listened to me panicking, she said I could still order the earrings at the special price (I think she got authorisation from her boss) and she said that she had also redeemed my points.I was so happy and thankful for her help.I would recommend tru diamonds to anyone and everyone who is maybe a first time buyer to go ahead and order and I guarantee you will be more than pleased and in the event of any problems their customer services are second to none.ive bought a load of jewellery for Xmas presents (and I have to be honest.i love the look on their faces as they look at "real diamonds".over the years I've bought so much jewellery from them I practically must have shares on them lol it's rare to have a business with such wonderful customer care these days and honestly cannot find fault with anything.(That's not strictly true as they put temptation to my way and how can I refuse such wonderful bargains lol) That's just a personal statement but it will became yours too I bet lol.... so from one happy customer I would like to wish all the staff at tru diamonds a very merry Xmas and a happy new year when it comes take care of each other (and keep up the good work)
