Doesn't respond to emails. If a company can't be bothered to reply to potential customers, then what does that say about them? No thanks... I will go elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed! My husband bought gold ring £156.00 for me and due to weight loss took to a prestigious bespoke jewellers to have reduced in size. Imagine our horror when jeweller called to say could not do as ring is GOLD PLATED not gold. Writing to RIP OFF BRITAIN BBC programme and also direct to your company. Avoid is my advice.
