Alex helped to arrange our trip and we found him to be extremely patient and accommodating every step of the way. He took the time to speak with me to assess what my wife and I enjoy about our vacations. He had great ideas/suggestions that were relevant to our interests. On the way in to Costa Rica, we had to deal with a flight cancellation and multiple delays. Alex was following our travel updates and made sure we had a ride from the airport at midnight when we finally landed. He maintained regular contact and was meticulous in the arrangement of our transportation, lodging, and excursions. Everything went smoothly and I will be calling him in the future when we plan our return trip. This company and Alex helped to make our 7 year wedding anniversary an amazing experience that we will never forget!
