It was easy to choose my purchase and personalize it. The cherry on top is that it was all done in the same day. In the matter of hours to be precise. Yet I was in the comfort of my home :)
This would have been 5 stars, the one star is simply for the site that crushed after making the payment, then I emailed NetFlorist but no one responded. The next email I got from them was that my order was delivered and I got the confirmation from the recipient as well. That gave me relief. But I still wish someone could have replied to my email or a simple call back.

Worst flower delivering experience of my life. My order was not delivered on the same day. And only delivered at the end of the next day. I missed the moment with my partner and the flowers never made it in time. The netflorist call center punched me from pillar to post and very conveniently could never get hold of anyone from the drivers department to check where my order is or when it will be delivered. They also have a silly clause which they say they may deliver between 8am to 6pm. Imagine sending your partner flowers and they only get delivered at 6pm when there's nobody at work. It was the worst experience ever. I must have called the call Centre over 10 times in the 2 days and nobody could assist.

Very disappointed and will never recommend Netflorist.
