I would just like to thank Net Florist from the bottom of my heart for ruining a very special occasion . You where suppose to make the day extra special , but made it a complete disaster. The lack of communication is beyond shocking , and if you eventually talk to someone , you get spammed with automated "macro's". Three working days to deliver a complete order....hiding behind we cant guarantee this or that ... the only guarantee is the incompetence and being moved form one chat agent to the next and then being ignored. Will definitely be sharing my experience on numerous social media platforms (with all these chats included) of what happens behind the smoke and mirrors . I hope you have a lovely afternoon further , and thank you once again , holding thumbs that the complete order will be delivered on day number 3 .

I was really happy with the delivery guy, who did so much to make sure that my wife gets her flowers and he was kind because I think he noticed that I was far and it was a surprise that I didn't wanna ruin for my wife and he made sure to deliver them to where she was even though it was not at the written address.
