"Frustrating Service and Communication"

Ordered during the weekend before 12, Paid and could not track my order, called and was told they would fast track my order but that never happened. Was only informed today there systems was off and they could not communicate. I had a credit of R100 but still paid the full amount. And the gift was only delivered at night. I was really annoyed and frustrated with their service. Definitely will not order here again.

"The cake was not delivered on time"

I ordered a cake on the 29th of June 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 11th of July 2022 which is my wife's birthday... I waited for the delivery the whole day

"my netflorist experience"

my order was placed around 4pm, same day deliveries were still available for Johannesburg but not for lenasia, that is the only thing i would change about the experience, everything else was perfect

"Wilted petals"

Delivery was at perfect timing and the roses looked beautiful with my wife loving them. Thats her fav colour. Some of the petals, however was a bit wilted and one bud fell off. Would be good if you quality check your item at the delivery time.

"I'm ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS about my order…"

I'm ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS about my order that i placed on Thursday morning @ 10h00,it went out for delivery @ 14h26 and NEVER reach my wife before she left work @ 17h00 that day.She then received a phonecall Thursday evening at around 18h30 asking if she's still at the office "SERIOUSLY",i then called the Netflorist Contact Centre on Friday morning @09h49 to find out what is going on and when will my order be delivered to my wifes office and was told it had to be re-made and will be delivered shortly.The order went out for delivery @ 11h00 Friday morning,i called again @14h17 to find out why it hasn't reached my wife yet and the call centre(Neo) said she's not in contact with the driver and doesn't know exactly.I then called again @ 15h59 and spoke to (Johannes) at the call centre which was very helpful and he even called the Drivers centre,he then told me that the driver has just left Queenswood and is on his way to my wifes office.(now from Queenswood to my wifes offices is maximum 10 minute drive) and believe it or not the driver only delivered the order @ 16h46.
I've paid for "Same day delivery and it took 2 days to be delivered!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY . I'm ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with your service and will definitely think twice before making use of your services again. So the Special gift i sent to my wife Specifically on Thursday never reached her and the SPECIAL Moment was COMPLETELY RUINED. Thanks Netflorist for messing up this special moment.
