Ive been using Netflorist now for a few months and i love the service as well as the flowers. I sometimes use this service about 2 or 3 times a month

I must however say that i was a tad disapointed with the last delivery of mixed roses sent as the rose buds were almost completely open which means they wouldnt last more than a few days. The previous roses lasted very long so im hoping that these do as well.

"Chocolates"

I ordered chocolates, a card and flowers.

Processed everything when it was time to deliver i was informed the chocolates were out of stock and the product has been delivered.

Why was i not informed of this while i was still trying to checkout

I was very impressed with the assistance that I received from the start of my order, where I was assisted through out the process of my order. The lady that assisted me sounded very young and was very patient and helpful. She had lovely telephonic manners and was pleasant all the way.

My mom sounded down the night i spoke to her. The very next day i went onto net florist to order her some red roses so brighten her day. It worked! And was delivered the same day
