The ordering process was simple as always.
Delivery of the gift was done nice an early.
The recipient sent me a picture thanking me for her gift, however there was an additional item I had not ordered. I contacted Netflorist and they will collect the additional item. I had to call her to advise of the upcoming collection of the incorrect item , luckily she was understanding of the situation.

Quality of the cut flowers 90% of times is excellent with up to 2 to 3 weeks (I am an avid gardener with around 70 rose bushes).

It is a nice feeling when that someone special gets a hand delivered gift via Netflorist… aka as my daughter, Mom and my wife.
