They made an error with my order, an additional item I purchased was not delivered to the recipient. I sent them an email informing them and the very next day they sent another bunch of flowers to the recipient with a box of chocolates and a card to apologise. Though she never did receive the teddy bear, their apology and sending more goodies out to her made up for it. The customer service team was wonderful and very quick to respond to my emails. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend Netflorist.
