gift was packet perfectly and my wife really liked the contents of the hamper, she was impressed with the presentation and the fact that the candle had her name on it

It's been 4 days since I've send an email and since I've had a chat with the netflorist team through the online website chat about not being happy with the gift quality and no one has gotten back to me yet. The printing of the gown at the back is bad and dull, I'm really not happy and no one is getting back to me.

Order arrived at delivery a day after said delivery date.
Flowers arrived dry and petals falling off.

The flowers were left at the door outside the house. She saw the flowers by coincidence on the 26 when she opened to go out.
Do you have a sign off that the flowers where delivered to her?

Excellent service. Promised delivery on the 24th and delivered at 20.30. By 18.00 had given up hope on delivery.

I am most upset and not happy that the delivery did not include my name or the full wording of the card text I had put in on the website. It was extremely embarrassing that the recipient had to ask a number of people if the arrangement was from them before finding out that I was the sender. This is not acceptable as these were sympathy flowers and the family had enough to deal with without worrying about this.

Everything was the way I want it to be... didn’t expect the Gift to be that big, thought it was a small thing but I loved the fact he (my boyfriend) loved everything about the gift and was so happy about it.
