Really lost confidence in Netflorist.
My order was a disaster from start to finish. First upon trying to place the order on Monday for it to be delivered on Wednesday there was difficulty in handling a plot address which made it impossible to deliver to the address I intended for it to go to. (though other delivery services do deliver here with no hassle).
Then after making a different plan for and address, the system wouldn't let me place an order from Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday just after lunch, it stated " Harold broke it".
After having to shift the day to Thursday the recipient could only be at the different address before 12:00 each day, so when it wasn't delivered there on time on Thursday and I called to tell them this they made a note for it to be delivered before 12:00 on Friday. Which didn't happen, again.
Lastly after huge drama of someone having to go drive to the place it was wrongly delivered to, the flowers arrive and are dilapidated.
Really horrible service this time round.

The only thing that was wrong is that I ordered the gift for 22 June.
Only at about 17:00 did I received an email stating that you cant deliver the gift.
You knew the whole day it wont be possible. Why wait so long before notifying me?
But thank you to the driver who worked so late in the evening to deliver your stuff.

I am very happy with my last order. The order was placed in the evening of the day before delivery and it was delivered before 12h00 the next day. I appreciate the efficiency. There were no mistakes with the order and the recipient loved and appreciated the gesture. It made me happy to make their day and put a smile on their face. Thanks NetFlorist.

"Most embarrassing service"
The flower arrangements which I had ordered looked nothing like the photo. It was places in a boring, ugly black box which was arrived at my mom soaking wet!!!! The card which the florist sent had half of my message typed out??? It was also typed on normal white paper in an ugly font and pasted on an even uglier brown page. What happened to the pretty netflorist cards or even just being able to copy and paste a message properly and then taking some pride, initiative and creativity to make a gift at least look presentable?? My poor mom was so confused she had to call her children to find out who it was from and the last word was even half typed? A two year old with their tech skills these days could've done a better job! At least question if you have the msg correct and call the customer before you proceed with an order I would think? But clearly the person didn't have the ability to see anything wrong in that ridiculous card paid?! I paid a very expensive full amount for my order but I received a 1/4 of the order from your end?? It was for my mom's 60th birthday and yourl just ruined it and embarrassed me! Thank Netflorist for your pathetic service!

"No Combo when combo was paid"
Well guys, I purchased a combo item, flowers and chocolate for my mum. The delivery was late after 5pm and only the flowers were delivered. This is sad. I am quietly disappointed.
