It was extremely frustrating being presented with gift options and added extras to add to my gift only to find out that the product was unavailable in the area I was delivering to. I probably tried to check out over 20 times .

I would suggest you ask me for the delivery address and date upfront and then ONLY show me gifting options and added extras that are actually available for delivery.
