I was tracking my order and your tracking and my tracking reflected differently. Mines showed delivered and I panicked. Then I kept liasing with netflorist to make sure it goes out for delivery and all they could give me was delivery is until 8.1 person told me 7. BTW these are things I read and knew. Explained no one will be available today for the delivery. I called just after 5 and as I suspected you guys were closed. I asked numerous times for the courier you was using coz I made arrangements myself with them before but couldn't recall who it was. The consultant on this chat thing never gave it to me. So me telling them this and telling them I know the times but I just want to make sure it goes out, so guess what I had to miss my nieces birthday coz it was at the Hub which closes at 5. So ya. Tx alot. And I didn't like the printing quality too much. My pictures were darker on a black and white items and I used your specs for framing but it was slightly cut off. But it's OK. I'm in no mood to deal with Netflorist. It will pass for their gifts. Your feedback is prompt but it doesn't help if they only tell you what you know and not listen to the actual problem. I was given chocolates but how does that replace me missing a memorable day with my niece and family. So whatever. I'm just upset and really disappointed
