My fiance sends me something every month, never gets delivers on time either a day late or very late in the afternoon like at 17:00 or 18:00 and needs to be left at reception for me to collect the next morning. He orders it a week ahead of time and this is the service that is delivers. Really pathetic

Delightful Daisy Bouquet - so disappointed in these flowers. Ordered a large that looked like a smedium, and there were no eucalyptus accent looking plants in the bouquet, as seen in the picture. I’ve used netflorist for many years and have been happy, however I’m done after this order.

Can't believe the shocking service and still had no apology even after emailing them.if you want two or three things delivered for a special occasion don't expect it to be delivered on the given date.

Status on website is order placed no further movement!!!
This is not the 1st time Netflorist has done the same with deliveries arriving a day or even two later!!!
If it’s not possible to uphold the advertising (same day delivery with date given) it should not be on the website ( this is false advertising)
Absolutely the last time I will use or recommend this company!

Part 1 - The service and process is all fantastic. Really easy and quick. The only issue I had was that the product itself was firstly seemed to be really cool where you customise the name on the teddy bears top but this seems to just look cheap with a sticker on it rather than a printed or embroidered customisation and also the box it was delivered in was quite dusty and dirty but seems the delivery vehicle was probably the cause.
Part 2 - Since I can only edit and not reply.. I understand the need for generic responses but no need (or time) to call you to recommend that you improve the product or description of the product :)

good morning,
I ordered these flowers for delivery on Friday
the recipient is an 80 year old.
I had made several calls during the afternoon to find out where her delivery was. some agents told me that they could not track the deliver as the driver was not updating his progress.
at around 17:30 I was told that the driver was in Roodeport in the west rand.
I am really not sure how the planning was done for my deliver but it definitely does not make sense that it was given to the driver going to Roodepoort.
I had to Cancel my delivery for Friday the delivery would have taken place close to 7pm considering traffic and the recipient would not have been able to accept the delivery in the dark due to security issues.
the flowers were delivered on Saturday, I only saw them on Sunday and they were already not looking like a fresh bunch of roses.
I have sent and received many flowers and cakes from Netflorist. I have never had this bad service before.
