Care patrol was a huge help! I was having trouble finding affordable placement for my grandfather. Finally, a case manager from my grandfather’s doctors office reached out to me, and put me in contact with Laura Thibodeaux from Care patrol. Within the first two weeks we found and secured a home for my granddad. Laura was amazing, very friendly, paid attention to detail and very efficient. Laura was sure not to go over our budget and listened to our concerns. She also toured facilities with us which was very helpful. I am very thankful for Laura and the services that care patrol has offered. Thank you! My grandfather is very happy in his new home.

Worth Her Weight in Gold

Teresa, of Care Patrol Spokane, is worth her weight in gold! She worked diligently and patiently to place my client, a 103 year old woman, into an Adult Family Home. She found the perfect place for Margaret and now Margaret could not be happier. The day after Margaret was placed there, Teresa went to the home to check on her, then she called to give me an update.
Teresa took Margaret's needs and financial resources into consideration and found the best possible option for her.
i believe that Teresa takes each client and family into her heart when she does her work. I could not be happier. Thank you Teresa.
