While parts availability and shipping is very good, the biggest issue here is the complete lack of after sales support past the 30 day RMA period they provide.

Even if a part comes with 12 or 24 month warranty from GM, they will not honor it.

Additionally, they will find any excuse not to assist with the warranty process.

Take your business to a supplier that honors the GM warranty for the RoI on GMPartsGiant simply isn't there with the complete lack of support.

Update: Today they reached out regarding the review, stating "We apologize for you ordering the wrong item. We would like to offer you a $5 refund if you are willing to update your review to a 4-5 star rating."
Quite frankly, i'm completely dumbstruck at this. Claiming -I- ordered the wrong part and offering 5 dollars as "compensation" for a 200+ dollar part.

Honestly, after all this, a two star rating seems to high, probably need to change it to 1 Star... Absolutely insane customer service.

Leather steering wheel with controls. Originally was put off by the time it took to get a reply regarding my order as no tracking or ship date was sent. Since it was not a part needed asap I eased off and waited. When I did get a reply they asked if I wanted the part ordered (it's not the stock part). I assured them it was and to proceed and I would accept the liability/no return as a condition. I received the part ordered in new condition for a fair price.
