"Watch out for misleading…"

Watch out for misleading communications! I called to verify a part was in stock. It was and I order the part. When GPartsDirect contacted the shop via text, the message noted there was a shipping delay. That we approved. The *email* that was sent with the same information had small print saying the part was "special order" and non-returnable/refundable. We didn't reply to that, but they claim since we answered the text, we effectively answered the email.

sent wrong part, refuse to acknowledge their mistake and send the right part or pay for the return, submitted claim to B.B.B. and also to PayPal for full refund. manager very rude. will never use this company again part number on bag was right, bag was stapled shut and wrong part inside. Beware of this company!!!!!!!!
