I was having trouble getting a specific photo I wanted just right. I spent three days trying to get it work in the photo designer and I finally threw in the towel and called customer support. The staff was very accommodating and let me email me the photo. They got all the changes incorporated into my proof the same day and even called me to remind me of the cutoff time for shipping. My funeral poster arrived on time and looked great; I couldn't have been happier with the result.

"Beautiful and Professional!"

Beautiful and professional way to display photos for our Memorial. I wanted something better than flimsy poster boards with pictures taped to it. These are color printed onto foam core so they're sturdy and can be placed on an easel or stand alone against a wall. I received many compliments on them. The fact that shipping was very fast was also important as we had less than a week before the Memorial date. The only downside was in the software used to create them. There wasn't a legend so I had to create my own after a few attempts to choose a picture and guess as to which square it would appear in. It was time consuming when I didn't have time to spare. Otherwise, I will most definitely be sharing Funeralprints.com with everyone that has a need for it. Highly recommend!

"I received the wrong order"

I received the wrong order, then was told I’d have my order reprinted and shipped for first thing in the morning before 12:00 in the afternoon. Instead I didn’t get my order and after waiting for a call back for hours, I was finally told they never got it shipped out, so I went to my dads funeral with no programs. My heart is absolutely shattered still. It’s one of the things I wanted to spend money on for beautiful good quality and in the end received nothing but terrible service and empty handed. My dad deserved so much better and now I get to live with the guilt from the mistake of this company.
