I had wanted a thicker laminate and when I called the company the lady was very customer service oriented and explained their laminates and I had selected the wrong one. Super fast and much better quality than I expected. Although they don't say anything about easels. You'll have to buy them somewhere else. Other websites provide them. The only thing I didn't like about this website was it was clunky and difficult to make the collages. But once I figured it out it all worked out perfect and super fast got it the next day 23 hours after I hit send
