The quality of the product was wonderful. Color and print is vibrant. I did return the product only due to the size of the memory card. I know the it states the measurements, but really was shocked of the playing card size when arrived. You couldn't read a single word and should have been caught by the printer. But I will say this Funeral Prints have AMAZING customer service from the initial contact through the return. They were extremely helpful. I would have given a 5 star on their customer service alone.

Responsive. When the photo color did not come out right, they quickly corrected it and sent a new one just in time. Whew!

"Terrible customer service "

I'm disappointed. My husband's funeral board arrived damaged (with a large crease across his face). I contacted them as soon as I opened the package to see if they could ship a replacement quickly and I still haven't heard back from them over a week later.

I had to use the damaged one for his funeral.

How embarrassing.
