I found Funeral Prints using a Google search. I wanted something with St. Francis for my Mom’s funeral. I created what I could on-line and called their U.S. based Customer Service on a Saturday. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They told me to call back with my order number so they could alert the design staff on Monday to check my questions, sent by email, prior to printing. Early Monday morning I received a proof and a follow-up call. The tribute book marks with my Mom’s picture and favorite prayer were printed and shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday in time for her Friday funeral. Pricing and quality were great!

I never give reviews. However, Funeral Prints returned my calls twice after I ordered on a Saturday morning. Customer service continued to communicate on timing of delivery since we only had two business days to receive the order. Online view was just like printed product. Highly recommend.
