"Very nice, just one unexpected thing…"

Everything looks very nice and overall, I was very happy with the bookmarks. The one thing that did not come out as expected was that there was an extra spacing between the first and second lines of the two poems.

The large poster and book marks turned out PERFECT and beautifully made. It was back in July of this year during that horrible weather in your part of our country. I believe you also experienced a tornado, too! You contacted me via email and phone calls. You explained due to damages from the weather it was going to be a few days before your up and running again. Not only did you offer me my money back, but the digital files for the poster and book marks print ready.  We had a couple extra days before we needed these things, so we decided to wait for you to get up and running again. Everything was delivered a day early and we just loved how everything turned out!!!! They are beautiful and such high quality. I recommend your company to everyone who asked and asks.  

Thank you for all you do. You made this so easy to get done. The personal touch my family needed.

"Didn't receive my order in time"

I need to speak to someone regarding my order. I understand that when I placed my order, we were at the Thanksgiving Holiday. But the order told me it would be delivered by Friday, November 29th. My mother's memorial service was taking place on November 30th. I needed the sign book, plus the pictures. If during the order, it would have told me I couldn't receive it by Friday, I would not have ordered it. I received all of my items on Monday, December 2nd which is 2 days after the memorial service. NOT PLEASED.
