My family was very pleased with how the funeral poster turned out. We had a question about the photo quality, so we called, and someone answered immediately. After we placed our order, it was a rapid turnaround. We got a notification that the shipment would be a day late due to the holiday, but it arrived early! Five stars + ten more. Fantastic customer service, Quality product. They did an excellent job.

I placed an order for memory stones and prayer cards. I did receive the prayer cards on9/4. I have not received the memorial stones as of today 9/7. I have called twice (9/5 & 9/7) with no return call. I was looking forward to passing out the memorial stones at my mom's funeral today 9/7, however I had nothing to pass out. I wanted to give 0 stars but that is not an option.

My poster board came looking very professional and absolutely beautiful. The price was reasonable and the shipping was stellar. My order came so vey quickly and packing was excellent.

Our package from funeral prints was mis-delivered by Fed Ex or stolen off of our porch. We explained the situation and Alice from Funeral Prints replaced the missing package and made a quick shipment turn around. We are very grateful.

The print was great. One small issue, UPS delivered on Thursday a day after expected. The holiday moved the ship date out by one business day, but it took four business days instead of three. I’m sure it was UPS’s issue, so no biggy. Thank you.
