My experience with Funeral Prints was amazing. The delivery service made a mistake and was going to send my package 2 days after I needed it. I called customer service and they immediately reprinted the foam board and overnighted it to ensure it came in on time. They made the entire process very simple.

Item arrived on time, however the item was not at all what we expected.

The picture board was bent right down the middle with no text at all…just a bent picture and a sharpie pen.

I emailed Funeral Prints and they refunded my purchase immediately. Thank you for doing what’s right and not making me have to work for it!

Unfortunately we didn’t have time to replace the picture, but doing what’s right gives this 4 stars!!

I will likely look elsewhere because i simply cannot leave this to chance.
I hope Funeral Prints strongly considers terminating their relationship with whomever took care of our order.
