Actually had to call customer service for a question and she offered to finish the order over the phone with us and also offered her condolences. I appreciate how easy the process was to create and order our invitations. The pricing was comparable to many other sites we explored, and the speed of delivery was exactly what we'd hoped for. The best part of this experience was the quality of our invitations! Honestly, I was afraid to look at them when we received them so quickly, I assumed that with such a fast turnaround time that the quality would suffer...but it didn't and our invitations are beautiful!!
