"Holiday from hell"

1st day we arrived at the resort, we had to wait until 2PM to get into our room, which we had to wait from 10AM, with 2 kids - absolutely not a good start. We noticed that there were quite few people that had arrived aftr us, but apparently, we should have paid (bribed) the receptionist. Only if i knew, i wouldn't mind giving something & not let my two kids wait for hours & hours.
That night when we went to sleep, the room was very small for 4 people, one of the beds was a sofa bed, which my son refused to sleep on it, because it was very hard. I complaint at the reception & i was asked to come back tomorrow when the reception manager is there, which i had done that very something. The next day i went at the reception & spoke to the reception manager & was asked that i can transfer my staff to another room later that day once the room is freed & cleaned. There was no timing given, i had to go & check every 30 minutes. Around 5pm finally the room was ready for us to move, which it took quite few hours from us to pack & unpack.
Few days later i noticed that our room is not getting cleaned, nor the towels are getting changed. The reception said that they are very buys & short of staff, but he will make sure someone will clean the room today. While speaking to other guests we were informed that if you tip good the cleaner & the receptionist, our room will be their priority, which we had to do that cause that day none of the towels were changed & no toilet paper was placed.
Food was very poor for a 4 Start hotel, drinks were not even what they were supposed to be - coca cola & Fanta were made up on their style.
Few days later my kids started complaining that their ears were in pain & some white spots are coming up (see pictures attached). Once i had seen this, i spoke to the reception & the manager was so aggressive. He was saying that he has 500 guest & no issue has been raised, this is the most cleanest hotel he has ever worked at, etc. I said to him, all this is not relevant, both my kids have this infection, can you please help. He said that i should go to my agent. He nor the hotel takes any responsibility. The infection was getting from worst to worst. The next day i had to get on a taxi & go to Monastir. The price that i initially agreed with the taxi driver didn't take me far - at the middle of the road he said that i had to pay another 50 Dinar because the initial price (35 dinar) was not enough to take me to see a doctor. Once we arrived to a doctor in Monastir he prescribed antibiotics for both kids. We paid 250 Dinar, medication included, but it worked. The next day both kids were feeling way much better.
Few days later i spoke to the reception & asked if i could book the "a la card" that we were entitled. The receptionist said that we should talk to the restaurant manager. He made us 35 Dinar for wine, apparently it was not included. The wine that it was brought to us was no different from the wine whey were serving outside.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Scam company fined by the ICO for spam and aggressive calls.

Agents become rude and aggressive if you refuse their illegal and wrong marketing calls that were made against your rights. And when you ask them to remove your information from their calling lists they refuse and tell you they will call back again.

ICO (Information Commissioners Office) fined them £80,000 for calls of the same nature in 2021 - 22.
