If you are stuck and ask for a extension in order to pay an instalment, their answer is No. If they are feeling generous they will give an extension of four or five days. Even in situations like Covid19, they did not make it easy for me. Also please remember if you have the 4 or 5 days extension, they still hit your bank account with repayment which incurs fine of non-payment from your bank. When you complain, their answer is it is an automated system.
