I was dubious about using a lender that wasn’t a tier 1 bank after dealing with some companies who were very obviously using heavily a heavily scripted sales process that all felt a bit scammy and robotic. The people I dealt with at White Oak seemed professional and personable - sure the interest rates are a little spicy but that represents the risk they take.
