I strongly suggest you avoid this firm or at least read Google and some of the negative reviews here before making a decision on who to instruct. They have charged my late mother extortionate fees to administer a very small Trust for her grandchildren. On her death, I received a bill of almost £2k - what they did for this sum, I have absolutely no idea but I expected all the affairs to be in order. This morning I received notice of a fine from HMRC as tax affairs were not up to date. In the grief and confusion of mum passing away I accept there may have been mis communication but for £2k I could reasonably have expected all the affairs to be up to date - or what were they actually doing for the £2k I paid them in fees? I really I have no idea what they did for their money but what I can tell you is that you will be billed for every single conversation, email response to a simple query. There is no goodwill or client care here and I have used many professional advisors over the years. In my experience, please avoid at all costs and use a good, genuine local practice who care about their clients and their affairs.

Interesting to note positive reviews receive a response, yet they have not responded to a negative review raising serious concerns.

Hannah Page and Louise Nunns at Knights have been excellent every step of the way in buying my flat. Knights will cost more than many legal offers out there but you will get what you pay for.
