I am disabled and sent my friend to pick up my things . She charged half and the other half cash
The guy gave her a charge receipt and wouldn't give her a receipt for the cash!
He handed her another customers receipt for different items!
Said that he would get in trouble with the boss if he gave a receipt for cash! Charged me $20 for a 4 pack of caliburn g coils!
I ended up with 5 4 packs instead of 5 coils!
There is something shady about this place in nazareth pa. They are a rip off and NEVER answer their phone

This place has a horrible selection and they are overpriced. Their products are not claimed to be how they are advertised and the employee even admitted that himself. Do not shop here they are crooks.

Won't ship a dry herb vape to where I live, no explanation of why but I got extremely worried they only stated this after entering all of my information as well as my card info. Am even more worried now I've seen there poor reviews

"Terrible customer service."

I went there for the first time and my wife and I spent a significant amount of money on vape products as well as a cigar lighter. When I got home, the lighter was out of fluid, and it was impossible to fill it with butane. I went back and the rude sales person told me that the fill pin was bent. I did not ask for a refund; I simply asked him if I could exchange the lighter since it was new and never used. He refused to do so asking me for a receipt. I signed up for their customer rewards program so they should have been able to find the sale. They refused to do so, filled the lighter and told me that they would not exchange it. I also tried to fill it and it would not work. I once again asked them to exchange the lighter and they were rude and told me no. This was a $26.00 lighter. I did not ask for a refund, just an exchange. They know their own product and they still would not do anything to make me a satisfied customer. I would rather throw everything I purchased from them in the garbage than to ever patronize their store again. I wish I could give them less than one star. They earned this low rating.

"The products container constantly…"

The products container constantly plugs.
After using it 5 times it wouldn't charge. Over $60.00 for a product still full, but I can't use it.
The store wouldn't do much for this issue even though they have had numerous complaints either this vape.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!... I was sent the wrong coils and was told that unfortunately they could not accept any returns due to health and hygiene laws and that moving forward there was nothing they could do.

"Missing points"

Recently I stopped into the Beachwood location and inquired about why my recent online orders were no longer accruing points as Beachwood is the contact for online orders. I had placed orders totaling more that $300 in the previous 2 months and wanted to redeem my points in the store since I wasn’t seeing them online. They looked my points up and there were only 90 points. I said that I had recently placed orders and should have at least $300 of points accrued.

The counter person (a young female) was condescending about it and then launched on a rant about how hard the upcoming postal service delivery ban will be on their business and that the “were getting screwed too” when I complained about not getting my points. Not very good customer service. A shame. Ordering online this past year has been a lifesaver but, if this is the attitude in the store, I’m rethinking my sourcing for juice, coils & hardware.
